Same old Aasics, but I tried these on and really think they ARE more cushioned, and they felt better in the heal too.
I went on a 10 mile run yesterday. I felt pretty good. I've been really rolling out my knee and it feels MUCH better. It didn't hurt at all after yesterday's long run. My ankle is ok. It still is just TIGHT.... I am trying to do more stretches. I also need to start swimming more. I think if I kick and use the water as resistance that might help.
