Nutrition


So, I've tried the "green" drink and....

I LIKE it!!!

Randy has been making 1 for me in the mornings usually after my run. Here's what I like in mine:

1 banana
1/2 yellow apple
2 -3 handfuls spinach
1 long celery
1/2 cucumber
parsley
1/4 lemon squeezed
1/4 lime squeezed
chunk of ginger root (peeled) and... I added too much of this once whoa! Strong...
1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
teaspoon of virgin olive oil
and.... 4 oz Lo~carb MONSTER!!!

LOL! I like it, I like it!!!!
